Willow is a flightless little fairy. To no longer be flightless, Willow confides in her fairy friends for advice. Despite Willow's efforts to fly just like the other fairies, she doesn't succeed. Willow worries she might never fly. But patience is a virtue - and soon. Willow fulfils her prophecy.
Author and illustrator
Chloe Haynes is an illustrator and designer based in Ipswich, Suffolk.
She started as a designer, at Canterbury Christ Church University, awarded with a first-class degree in Graphic Design. Chloe draws digitally on her iPad incorporating Adobe Software skills and character design processes.
Overcoming the challenges of self-doubt in her early childhood, Chloe's experiences have helped shape her confident creative process, which has now become a large influence in her art practice. She hopes that children who experience self-doubt can find comfort in her debut picture book.
